Rose Wetzel graduated from Georgetown University in 2004 with a BA in Sociology and a Health Studies concentration.  A personal trainer since 2005, Rose is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is also an NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Rose's recently acquired C.H.E.K. Holistic Lifestyle Coach status now allows her to help her clients on a much more holistic level.  She discusses nutrition, hydration, sleep, and daily stressors as part of a holistic approach to fitness.  Rose has had much success helping non-athletes lose 10, 30, 50, even 70 pounds of fat, and gain noticeable muscle tone in the process.

For athletes looking to master their sport, Rose helps improve speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, balance, and power, depending on the client’s specific needs.  An experienced running coach, Rose will give you strength and speed for whatever you need: 5k, triathlon, marathon.

Rose is a highly competitive runner who is sponsored by Brooks, and she has won many local races such as The Fremont 5k.  She also has experience doing the STP Classic (Seattle to Portland) Bike Ride and the Danskin Sprint Triathlon.
